Skilled staff of the Vision Zero Fund carry out the day-to-day activities of the Fund at global- and country levels. Small but dedicated teams in project countries implement activities jointly with local stakeholders, including governments, employers and workers, while the global Secretariat provides coordination, ensures coherence across the countries, regions and supply chains, and leads the global conversation on safety and health in supply chains.
