Improving worker wellbeing in Ethiopia’s garment industry through the model of shared responsibility

The aim of this report is to facilitate a collaborative approach for stakeholders to improve worker well-being in Ethiopia’s garment sector. It identifies the key factors affecting workers’ OSH, as described in the existing and ongoing research, as well as gathered in site visits, including identification of key stakeholders and the OSH issues and challenges that emerged from meetings with stakeholders. Finally, it shows a range of opportunities for collaboration through the Vision Zero Fund to address priority OSH challenges.
