Promoting the right to a safe and healthy environment in the coffee supply chain

The #CoffeePeople campaign, spanning from September to December 2023, successfully raised awareness about occupational safety and health in the coffee supply chain. Through social media, a dedicated website, and newsletters, the campaign engaged stakeholders globally, reaching 25 million people on social media, attracting over 4,700 website visitors, and achieving a 30% newsletter open rate. Collaboration with government ministries, international organizations, celebrities, and brands contributed to the campaign’s success, highlighting the global impact of addressing safety and health issues in the coffee industry.
